Tier Qualification

There are two levels of memberships. Each membership tier rewards you generously; redeemable for free nights or American Express Gift Cards:

Gold Level 1-10 nights
Platinum Level 11 or more nights

Qualifying stays and exclusions

A Captain's Club Member will earn one (1) point per overnight stay at the hotel. Stays booked with an online travel website (for example, Hotwire, Expedia, Hotels.com, Priceline, Travelocity, Orbitz, Booking.com, etc.) are excluded from earning free night rewards or gift card rewards. Please remember that you must book directly at www.airtelplaza.com or call us at (800) 2AIRTEL or through your travel agent and provide us with your membership number. Traded or bartered rooms are not eligible to earn awards. Airtel Plaza Hotel shall determine if a rate is a Qualifying Rate at its sole discretion.

Free night reward

One Free night award will be earned for every 10 nights. Free night benefits are intended for the use by the member or corporation only. When redeeming free night awards, some blackout dates will apply for special events.

American express gift card

Give a gift to yourself or someone you know. A $50 American Express Gift Card can be earned for every 20 overnight stays. Please allow up to four (4) weeks to process your gift card.

Redeem rewards

Once you accumulate the required number of points to earn a reward, you can redeem your reward by calling the Sales Department at (800) 2AIRTEL, available 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday or email us at captainsclub@airtelplaza.com. Remember, the choice is yours!

10 points = One Free Night Reward
20 points = $50.00 American Express Gift Card

Qualifying members (individual or corporation)

A "Qualifying Member" is a registered Captain's Club Member whose name appears on the room reservation and who pays for the room. If an individual member reserves and pays for more than one (1) room, points are earned on a maximum of two (2) rooms during such stay. Only one (1) member per room, per stay, may receive points. If two (2) or more members occupy the same room, points will be awarded only to the member whose name appears on the room reservation. If more than one (1) name is on a single room reservation, then at the time of check-out, members will advise the Airtel Plaza Hotel which member account number to credit the points. Members who have any past due balance owing to Airtel Plaza Hotel forfeit any awards earned.

Structure and duration of program

Airtel Plaza Hotel reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue this program at any time. All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Airtel Plaza Hotel. Points expire two (2) years from date earned. These terms and conditions supersede all prior terms and conditions. Void where prohibited by law. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Additional restrictions may apply. Any questions concerning eligibility for a free night reward or gift card reward must be raised by guest prior to check-in.
