For Sales & Catering Dept:Telephone: (818) 263-8300 Check in: 3:00 p.m. Parking fee: On site, lit, secured at $10.00 per day. Oversized vehicles will have additional parking charge. We have over 500 open air parking spaces, perfect for the oversized vehicles. Guarantee Policy: Credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Guest will be billed for one night's room and tax if they fail to show up or fail to cancel their reservation 24 hours prior to 4:00 pm PST day of arrival date. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. A cleaning fee of $250 will be applied for unauthorized pets. Smoking: We are a Smoke Free Facility. A $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the room or the balcony. |
