Our 24 hour Business Center services includes fax, copy and printing.
Check in Time is 3 pm. Check out is 12 noon.
Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to local hotel time of 3:00 pm. Guests who do no cancel prior to 24 hours before local hotel time of 3:00 pm will be charged a one night's room plus tax. Cancellation policy is subject to change. An early departure fee in an amount up to one night's room and tax may apply.
Rollaway beds are available for a nominal fee of $20 a day. some rooms do not allow rollaway beds. Cribs are available at no charge.
Landings Restaurant, serving California Cuisine, is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Clipper Cafe´, serving specialty coffees, pastries, salads, sandwiches and snacks is open daily from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Clipper Club Lounge, our beautiful bar, is open Monday to Thursday 4:00 pm - 12:00 am, Friday - Saturday until 12:30 am. Sunday until 11:00 pm.
An early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax may apply on all reservations.
We have several room types. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival if you require a disabled room.
Our 24 hour Fitness center is located on the Tower Building ground floor and features an ellipical, treadmill, weights, plus TV.
In room dining is available from 6 am - 10 pm.
We require a government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in for all reservations.
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is available in guest room and in public areas.
Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.
If someone under the age of 18 is booking a reservation, the following is required:
A parent or guardian must sign a statement that they are responsible for all charges and/or damages.
Normal hotel rules apply: No Noise, Maximum number of people in the room applies at all times.
We are completely non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee is applied to a room that has been smoked in.
We have a secured, open air, overnight parking for $10 a day, with in and out privileges all day. On street, non-metered parking is also available. With over 500 parking spaces, it's ideal for oversized vehicles.
We accept all major credit cards. We authorize the card to cover room, tax and $50 per day to cover incidentals, as well as any other additional charge. We do not accept prepaid debit cards.
We do not allow pets. A $250 cleaning fee is applied to a room when a pet has been found.
We have an outdoor pool and three Jacuzzis located in different areas of the hotel, open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm daily. poolside Service is also available.
Our newly renovated Preferred rooms and all our suites have refrigerators in the room. However, other room types do not have a refrigerator. However, we can deliver one to your room for a nominal fee of $10 daily.
We offer a complimentary shuttle service to the Van Nuys/LAX FlyAway Station, Metro Orange Line Station and Van Nuys AMTRAK. Our bell desk will be more than happy to call you a taxi to get around the city.
