CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to local hotel time of 3 pm. Guests who do no cancel prior to 24 hours before local hotel time of 3 pm will be charged a one night's room plus tax. An early departure fee in an amount up to one night's room and tax may apply.

CRIBS/ROLLAWAY
Rollaway beds are available for a nominal fee of $20 a day. Only King rooms can accommodate Rollaway Bed. Cribs are available at no charge.

DINING
Landings Restaurant, serving California Cuisine, is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 6 am - 9 pm.
Clipper Cafe, serving specialty coffees, pastries, salads, sandwiches and snacks is open daily from 6 am - 8 pm.
Clipper Club Lounge, our beautiful bar, is open Monday to Thursday 4 pm - midnight, Friday - Saturday until 12:30 am. Sunday until 11 pm.

ADA ROOMS
We have several room types. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival if you require an ADA-equipped room.

FITNESS CENTER
Our 24 hour Fitness Center is located on the Tower Building ground floor and features an elliptical, two treadmills, stair master, universal machine, free weights, ball, yoga mats, 37" Flat Screen TV and cool dip spa.

IN-ROOM DINING
In room dining is available from 6 am - 10 pm.

IDENTIFICATION
We require a government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in for all reservations.

INTERNET
High-speed wireless internet access is available for purchase throughout the hotel for all your devices. We are pleased to offer our guests with 10 Mbps of bandwidth so you can surf easily between skyping, movie streaming and video conferencing.

KIDS
Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.

MINIMUM AGE
If someone under the age of 18 is booking a reservation, the following is required:
A parent or guardian must sign a statement that they are responsible for all charges and/or damages.
Normal hotel rules apply: No Noise, Maximum number of people in the room applies at all times.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

PARKING
We have a secured, multiple camera, open air parking for $12 a day, plus tax for overnight parking. Oversized vehicles and trailers may be subject to additional charges. On street, non-metered parking is also available. With over 500 parking spaces, it's ideal for oversized vehicles and base camp for film crews.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. We authorize the card to cover room, tax and $50 per day to cover incidentals, as well as any other additional charge. We do not accept prepaid debit cards.

PETS
Service animals only.

POOL
We have an outdoor pool and three Jacuzzis located in different areas of the hotel, open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm daily. Poolside service is also available.

REFRIGERATOR
Our newly renovated King Preferred rooms, King Preferred Suites and Traditional Suites all have refrigerators. If you have booked a room that does not have a refrigerator, we can deliver one to your room for a nominal fee of $10 daily.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
We offer a complimentary shuttle service to the Van Nuys/LAX FlyAway Station, Metro Orange Line Station and Van Nuys AMTRAK. Our bell desk will be more than happy to call you a taxi to get around the city.

THIRD PARTY BOOKING
If you booked on a website other than the hotel and need to make a change to your reservation, please contact the website with which you made your reservation.

VENDING MACHINE
Beverage, snack and sundry (such as aspirin, cold medicine, shaving cream, etc.) vending machine are located throughout the hotel.
