A Toast to Mom

Make this Mother’s Day an extra special one – treat Mom to a luxurious champagne brunch at The Landings Restaurant. Indulge her with a truly extraordinary buffet-style brunch that features all her traditional favorites and lots of extras!

Start off with a mimosa or a glass of champagne. Enjoy an assortment of artisan breads, eggs benedict, or buttermilk pancakes with sides of bacon, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. Our fresh seafood selection will include shrimp, snow crab, mussels, and smoked salmon. An omelet station, assorted salads, and a carving station featuring prime rib and glazed ham with baked pineapple are also available, along with hot entrees, pasta, potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Be sure to save room for dessert – our dessert buffet includes fresh seasonal berries, lemon meringue tart, carrot cake, and chocolate mousse cake.

A variety of specialty cocktails will be offered, along with wines by the glass and champagne by the bottle. The little ones will have their choice of chicken tenders, pepperoni pizza, macaroni & cheese, and an assortment of cereal.
