Celebrate Oscar month and all things Hollywood when the Annenberg Space for Photography presents the opening of a truly stellar exhibit. Vanity Fair: Hollywood Calling - The Stars, the Parties, and the Powerbrokers. On display from February 8 – July 26, the exhibit will feature fabulous photos culled from Vanity Fair’s celebrity portraits dating back more than 40 years. Among these will be snaps of VF covers from the Hollywood issues along with photos of the yearly Oscar night party.

Curated by David Friend, the magazine’s creative development editor, the show will feature multi-media installations and photos of the film and television industry’s iconic stars, along with the players and the parties. The work of over 50 photographers will be on display throughout the exhibit in 130 photographs, including such famous photographers artists as Annie Leibovitz, Harry Benson, Cass Bird, Helmut Newton, Herb Ritts, and many more. Visitors can also take a look at the magazine’s documentary on the making of the 2020 Hollywood issue, and have a chance to visit the set.
